I'll try to disable mods one by one when I have mental energy to mess with it again, but frankly I doubt it would help given the above. Recall that the game worked perfectly well for 100+ hours with the same assets and mods before (plus a lot more), and all these mods are popular mods that are listed as compatible on various lists. I've deleted about 1/3rd of the assets and disabled all the non-essential mods, as well as all the eye candy mods, still the problem persists. With Parklife, it happens all the time with Parklife disabled it still happens a lot although not as much.
